Recreation & Parks Guide
The Park District publishes four seasonal Recreation and Parks Guides for Winter/Spring, Camp, Summer and Fall that provide information about current recreation programs, special events, facilities and parks. The guides are delivered by mail to resident homes located in 60515 and 60516 zip codes. Approximate mailing dates are early December, late January, late April, and late July. The guides are also available at the Lincoln Center, 935 Maple Avenue or The Recreation and Fitness Center, 4500 Belmont Avenue or in pdf format on the home page. Community Attitude & Interest Citizen Survey 
The Downers Grove Park District conducted a Community Attitude and Interest Survey during November and December of 2006 to help establish priorities for the future improvement of parks and recreation facilities, programs and services within the community. This newsletter will replace the Golden Grapevine newsletter. Many of the programs previously featured in the Golden Grapevine appear in the Park District's Recreation and Parks Guide which is mailed to resident homes seasonally and is also posted on our website.
